Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery Communicate with customers via various channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information Verify customer information, including billing and shipping addresses, payment details, and order specifications Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely manner Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively Utilize Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, vlookups, and other tools to manage and analyze customer data Create invoices and billing materials accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies Perform data entry tasks with precision, aiming for a minimum of 75 keystrokes per minute with an error rate of less than 1% Assist in monitoring inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system for future reference
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment Hands-on experience with credit card processing and knowledge of associated security protocols Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience in creating invoices and billing materials with accuracy and timeliness Data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 75 keystrokes per minute and an error rate of less than 1% To apply, please submit your resume and highlight any relevant experience.
